69th Venice Film Festival – Bad 25 by Spike Lee

“This is a very special day and it’s not an accident: 25 years ago today the Bad album was released”.

This is the beginning of Spike Lee‘s press conference for the presentation, during the fourth day of the 69th Venice Film Festival, of “Bad 25“, a documentary celebrating the musical genius of Micheal Jackson, the greatest pop star of the planet that on the 29th August would have turned 54. Plenty of music, anecdotes and interviews to Jacko’s friends and musicians for a film that stays away from the well known speculations on the great American artist’s private life to concentrate on his unparalleled talent as a musician and performer.
