Caserta Palace Dream – The short art film by James McTeigue with Dreyfuss and Smutniak

Pasta Garofalo presents “Caserta Palace Dream,” its new short art film. The company from Campania, loved for its pasta and known for its love for cinema, asked James Mc Teigue – the director of “V for Vendetta,” starring Natalie Portman – to shoot the short art film starring Richard Dreyfuss, Kasia Smutniak and Valerio Mastandrea. The film brings the beauty of the Royal Palace of Caserta to light, and Mc Teigue decided to tell the story of the muse that inspired the Palace – Queen Maria Amalia of Saxony –  who was able to guide the genius of architect Luigi Vanvitelli in the design of this work of art. We met the director, Kasia Smutniak and legendary Richard Dreyfuss (American Graffiti, Jaws) during the presentation of the short film in Rome. Moreover, we met the author of the soundtrack The Niro in Milan.
