His innovative cuisine combines different flavors and plays on contrasts, without forgetting tradition. He’s Carlo Cracco, several times awarded chef and famous to the big public thanks to his participation to the first edition of “Masterchef Italia”, broadcast by Sky.
We met him in his cuisine and asked him to tell us about his debut, by Gualtiero Marchesi‘s side, and to unveil the secrets to become a great chef.
