Maserati Alfieri – The concept car celebrating the Trident’s 100th anniversary
Alfieri Maserati is an amazing 2+2 concept car created specifically to celebrate 100 years of Maserati history. An elegant GranTurismo which reflects clearly the essence of Italian style and takes inspiration from one of the most beautiful cars in the brand’s history: the Maserati A6 GCS-53 designed by Pininfarina in 1953. The car’s chassis is based on that of the GranTurismo MC Stradale and under the hood rumbles a powerful 4.7-liter naturally aspirated V8 engine made in Maranello that delivers 460 hp at 7,000 rpm/min and 520 Nm at 4750 r/min. Directly from the Geneva Motor Show 2014 we interviewed Giovanni Ribotta, Chief Designer Exterior of Maserati.
