Pelle di donna (The skin of a woman) – Identity and beauty through art and science
Milan’s Triennale hosts for the first time in Italy and until February 19, 2012, an art exhibition that investigates the different aspects of the human skin. The project, born as the result of a collaboration between Fondazione Antonio Mazzotta and Boots Laboratories, focusses on woman, beauty and feminine identity, underlining the relationship between art and science in its different shades. The exhibition path is divided into 6 sections that offer a wide selection of art works, historical and never seen before items, documents and vintage items. To complete the exhibition, there is the presence of a real scientific lab.
